Pros

Flexible hours available. Sound employees, company will pay for insurance exams, worthwhile to keep the brain active. Relaxed atmosphere all round.

Cons

Underpaid and taken advantage of sometimes. Working every second weekend. Not double time on a Sundays unless you work overtime.
