Pros
Interesting job, lots of opportunities to grow and challenges. Wages are good and there are many avantages. Work from home is widely used (even before Covid situation). Atmosphere is good, great colleagues and diversity is encouraged
Cons
Not so much of a downside but teams are mostly international so English language is required, as well as flexibility and even more an open mind!
