Great people - very friendly, inclusive environment AXA has been great during Covid - protected people's employment e.g. no furloughing, had everyone working from home quickly, lots of help with your mental health. AXA Partners offers security Good development opportunities e.g. LinkedIn learning for everyone It's very global and international Good career opportunities across the whole of AXA, not just the bit you work in
Cons
It's quite challenging to understand the business and how it fits together There is a matrix structure which can make it slower than ideal to get things done
