Just when you think you’ve hit rock bottom, they’ve broken through that floor and find ways to make it worse. There is a lot of talk about excellence and achieving success, but they have no idea how to get there. Absolutely no tangible plans. All of the best and brightest have left. IT will never get it done. Communication is terrible, minus the propaganda that they inundate you with that everything is great. No one wants to take ownership of anything and it all just falls by the wayside.
