Pros
It was a pleasant place to work at before new mgmt took over. Things were still going good, bonus & increment were decent, and culture was like family, we were close bonded with many events. (Take note the past tense used)
Cons
Maybe they might like you, but for original axs staff after the took over... Loyalty? Nothing special. Recognition? Nah... Bonus? Dropped below average. Increment? Joke. Management? TOXIC.
