I got the opportunity to work on the AEX Skillathon project, which gave me hands-on exposure to event planning and coordination. The team was very supportive, guiding me through each stage of the process. I learned how to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively. The work environment was friendly and encouraged creativity, making it easy to share ideas. This internship also helped me improve my communication and time management skills.

Since it was a short two-month internship, I felt there was less time to explore different event management areas in depth. Some tasks required more detailed guidance, which could have helped me deliver even better results. At times, the workload spiked during event deadlines, which was a bit challenging to balance.
