Pros
Many departments and supervisors are forward thinking. Most principals and other administrators are helpful. Superintendant Fetcher is hands-on and approachable and doesn't act like he's better than everyone. Morale in the district is so much better now than when the corrupt and nasty Amy Sichel was in charge.
Cons
A few departments are run by dinosaurs who won't update the processes and still do things the way they did when they were hired. This is mostly in central administration that keeps us from ordering necessary supplies with their old fashioned methods of pushing paper and delaying. They forget that they are here to support teachers and students, not to delay us because they're not working that day or that week.
