      Pros

      It pay decently and has a variety of work

      Cons

      1- Some team members are double faced 2- They won't even tell you the reason before giving the pink slip. 3- Work is not allocated on time and if done then they will constantly ask for status that kills a lot of your time. 4- Training is not provided properly only via videos with very bad sound quality 5- Some senior will throw you under the bus to save themselves.

      Pros

      - Partners are fully committed to their staffs growth and learning. They spend the time and resources to ensure staff has the help they need to be better. No other firm in public accounting is dedicating time to teach their staff complex tax.

      Cons

      Endless room for growth, but requires you to put in the effort and show the firm why you deserve it. Not a con.

      Had a good experience working with the Managing Director of the firm. He does care about his employees and will challenge you to grow professionally.

      Cons

      The firm is going through a lot of changes as it relates to its growth.
