      Commission rates are okay in comparison to the competitors' payment rates. ABSA Treats all its employees well.

      Cons

      You are required to have your pipeline, it is quite difficult for a beginner with no prior experience in sales. The application and approval process is extremely exhausting. For all ABSA products e.g. Loans, Accounts, SME Targets for the sales team are over-ambitious.
