The poor guys who work there

Everything about the guy in charge, angry man but doesn’t like it when you have an opinion, he doesn’t deserve anyone, he speaks to his staff like they are dirt, expects overtime and makes you feel horrible if you can’t do it. Everything has to be done within 30 seconds, shouts and throws things when he’s having a hissy fit, the guy needs to grow up

-clean environment for assembly/ fitting, pretty well tooled up.pretty good product, casemakers ok team, as are mainly young- if you wish to learn to make flightcases this is good experiance..

- minimum wages. £5.75 hr. tv surveillance cameras as workshop is converted barn (!)-to the second tea breaks, very authoritaire owner, who likes to shout at employees- for that sneaky extra 2 seconds on a teabreak- ( company motto should be "we pay you- so we own you" ) mentality- if you have a weak elbow , do not work there as its continuous rivetting all day long.
