Pros
The pay was good, some clients were really lovely.
Cons
> The company itself is literally useless. They do not check the houses that cleaners go into. > You have to chase up clients if they haven't paid, make the arrangements as well as buy the products. > The company was really rude and barely cared about me. > The houses were quite disgusting and the pay just isn't worth it. > I felt unsafe multiple times; on one occassion the client wanted me to put the clothes on the line outside, however, they had a huge rescue dog who didn't know any commands. I got introuble for feeding it food to take its' attention away from me. > On another occasion two clients were home, they didn't know what they wanted - I had to give them suggestions such as "do you want me to clean the floors? bathrooms? etc." Then THEY STARTED CLEANING WITH ME. I was actually in their bedroom, with both of them and they had shut the door. I felt very unsafe and vulnerable. (Yes I did tell management.) > You're looked down upon, even though it's tough work and very physical, people don't even see you as human.
