Great product and gyms, but toxic culture prevails - General Manager Absolute Recomp Employee Review

Absolutely horrible working culture. Upper management puts 0 time into development of their people but expects flawless execution 24/7 365. You will never be doing a “good job”. Regardless of team member and member feedback. No GM at this company has ever lasted over a year. And they laid off or lost their entire GM cast in a 6 month span.
