Pros
- Can be innovative and execute on new ideas -Get to work for a growing company -Get to learn new things, participate in trainings if you want to upskill
Cons
-Management sucks, not streamlined and they give you a lot of responsibility and very little guidance -Extremely fast paced to the point where multiple people got burnt out -Toxic communication and feedback -They put PM's on way too many projects at once -Don't train or give you enough time to understand the business, you have to go search for information regarding projects and company history -Company data is siloed, making it hard to keep track of records and reports -they are only nice to you if you work like a dog
