Safety is emphasized on all jobs

Long shifts are a job.

Pay isn't terrible, easy to become a lead because no one else wants the added stress, work schedule(12hr shifts: 3on/4off - 3off/4on)

Negative Atmosphere, stressful environment most days, Benefits package not that great, no heating or cooling on the production floor, old machines with poor setups, constantly changing over(never done correctly), machine parts break often with production left to power through it, as soon as a line gets dialed in it gets changed over again, often deal with high scrap because of bad settings, maintenance staff not really experienced, company is in a downsizing phase which negatively affects production(romoved positions only to stack onto floor leaderships already long list of responsibilities(spread very thin-with no added compensation for it), shifts are constantly short staffed with no coverage, etc...
