      Interesting clients. Often enjoyable work and projects.

      Cons

      Extreme manipulation within a very top-heavy hierarchy. Unpredictable work day based on mood of management. Very high staff turnover. Poor level of employee trust.

      Pros

      Small so you get to see all the stuff happening and even like meet the head architect pretty regularly

      Cons

      Because they are small they dont have time for internship and tend to just ignore and make you sit on the side
