Pros
A few of the positive things I recall about working for ABT SRBI are relative job security (if you can stand being a call operator and do your job), opportunities for growth, having a job rather than not having one at all, getting to set your own schedule, being allowed to work up to 30 hours and getting a 20 hour minimum, better pay for bilingual operators and working for satan.
Cons
There were a few memorable things that were not as awesome about Abt SRBI including a high turnover rate, nincompoop management, sitting at a desk reading the same terrible scripts over and over for long hours, working on saturday mornings but until midnight every other night, working the super bowl, and every football sunday, when people are the maddest that you are calling them, shifts getting cut when work slows down, poor pay, and its mind numbing call center work. Also you work for satan.
