Pros
Good environment for Arab nationalities as it has strong local culture. Top 3 in the management make all the decisions, if you are close to them things will be smooth. The work will allow you to increase your skills as the company is expanding very quickly.
Cons
Working hours are one of the longest in Doha. Less resources available to employees, no wi fi, small pantry, small office space. HR protects the company not the employees. Middle management is not known to be good.
