I have worked for Academic Knowledge (AK) as an international (Canadian) freelance researcher since 2004. AK offers it researchers a remarkably wide range of interesting, well-paying, academic projects. Prompt, efficient researcher payments and courteous, friendly, quality-driven AK people are a professional freelancer's dream scenario.... As importantly, AK has an excellent 'front end' (Researcher / Customer Relations) and 'back end' (Quality Control, and related IT) management and support. I have completed several hundred AK projects ... The times that I have been personally dissatisfied regarding any issue might average 1X per year... at its highest... The AK company leadership has consistently demonstrated a terrific commitment to its customers and those of us spread around the world that provide research and writing services. Simply put, an excellent freelance writing & research organisation.

None that apply to me. Over the years, AK has fine tuned its various departments that deal directly with researchers, and the small AK organisation that I joined 14 years ago is smooth and efficient.
