There is an abundance of overtime for hourly employees. Ensured job security. Get to help make a fun schedule for kids. Learn to work together with teammates and refine your strengths and weaknesses.
Cons
Overworked. Under paid as a salary staff...on the clock around the clock. Upper management does not train in a helpful manner. Good staff and leaders can be few and far between. Lack of basic consistency.
