Pros
The classes are paid even if it was cancelled by the student and unbooked classes as well. They always release the salary on time and the schedule is pretty flexible.
Cons
So, here's the thing. When I applied in Acadsoc, I was told that if I passed the probation I will have a salary increment but when I passed the probation they did not give me any. Plus if you have a low booking rate even if it's not your fault, they will still cut off your working hours.
