*They rarely answer your requests (30% of the time) - even the emergency ones Their system software are terrible (e.g. ClassIn and E-classroom) 98% of their CS or the so called Customer Service are not helpful. Better to look for another ESL company where you can have a career growth. If you resigned or if they terminated you. The paycheck that you should receive for the last 15 days won't be given to you. That SUCKS!
