You get paid with or without students. Incentives are given to selected tutors. You can earn more thru the Top Tutor program. Its possible for you to earn 30k and up if you work at least 10-12 hours a day, 7 X a week.
Cons
The website always has a glitch. It has been an ongoing problem since May 2018 up to present. Sometimes you get penalties even if its system glitch. TM's are very inconsiderate. Even there is a unexpected death in the family, they expect you to teach. If you cancel classes you pay twice the amount of your hourly rate. They use several tools here. (classin/qq/skype/eclassroom) so you have to be prepared to have a good pc/laptop and good internet service. And CLASSIN is very heavy and always causes problems in class. The teacher support (also known as CS) are very UNRELIABLE. Sometimes they respond late and you end up having to pay for a penalty even if its not your fault, They are student oriented, So anything that will be said against the teachers will be taken against the teachers.
