There were some bonuses but they removed them at the end
Cons
Receiving the salaries very late. (sometimes it took them 2 months) The Teacher Managers might not answer to your question for months. Students might do last minute (unpaid cancellations) and the list may go on forever. The company fired most of its teachers without any notice.
