We do value feedback; we aim to be immensely thoughtful at Acamar, about our culture, our approach to our work, and the welfare and professional development of everyone in our team. We believe that this is the best way to succeed and grow in an ever more complex competitive environment.
Our Senior Leadership Team are all in an active team-wide coaching and leadership programme. In addition, over 30 of our senior colleagues are currently engaged in leadership coaching. We also provide an extremely wide range of training programmes and last year 100% of our team members participated in at least one of the training programmes we offer. Perhaps as a result, we have a notably low level of staff turnover.
Our organisation continues to grow and to achieve industry-leading awards and successes, and this has also been true during the last two years, despite the many new obstacles which occurred during the global pandemic. The type of person who genuinely thrives at Acamar tends to stay with us happily for many years, to perform conscientiously in roles of growing seniority, and to enjoy the immensely thoughtful, collegiate culture we work hard to create and maintain.
