Incompetent founder, non responsive leadership, high turnover, toxic workplace culture, favouritism towards young western staff in terms of promotion (senior leadership team in Switzerland was majority European, despite working across majority non-European sectors). The consultancy seems to be geared around sending junior MBAs to consult on vital public health issues in developing countries without either medical or civil service experience - classic case of the overextension of the consultancy concept - from expert advisory to platitudinous twenty somethings wasting people’s and government’s time. The founder is an incredibly poor communicator and personnel manager - switching from micro-management to being uncontactable over a period of months.
