      Pros

      A large traditional company can offer clear principles, rules and stable work environment, tech-based employees can focus on learning and devoting their skills in project/product development. Close to tourist attractions "Tamsui", it seems going to travel when taking red-line subway everyday going to work, basically bring me good memories and experience.

      Cons

      Unfortunately I met the dramatically changes of executive supervisors and the changes of policies, cause the change of department, so I left. So the reasons were Pandemic affects and the management problems.

      Pros

      If you like to be a professional power supply engr. its better to start working in acbel. you can learn all power supply design experience. Good environment and good people surround you.

      Cons

      Work in AcBel for beginners is OK. but when you get older working in AcBel is not good. salary is too low compare to other power supply company...

      Pros

      Some of the people are alright but constantly changing. You only work your set hours no overtime and never having to stray late.

      Cons

      They will tell you about permanent positions and raises but those her come. If you bring up any way to improve things or change anything you get told its how we have done things and we can't change it, when they are complaining about the very issue you are trying to fix.
