Pros
There are a few really experienced, proficient staff members left from the legacy companies. Apparently holding out hope something changes and they can do great work again.
Cons
It has become an unqualified patient mill, thanks to the recruitment service executives who now feel they are clinical research conduct professionals. Ethics are questionable at best. Empty promises continually made to Sponsors.
