Pros
There is a lot of great things about the company and it’s employees. Many years of research experience. The benefits are nice as there are orthodontic benefits. There are opportunities to learn and develop as an employee and the management is open and responsive to the people in their departments.
Cons
Some cons are upper management of the company not realizing they have some good and experienced people working for them that are being exhausted and burnt out. It is about quality and not quantity or being the top in an industry while exhausting your workforce or having high turnovers and limited staff.
