You can get an offer letter if you agree to work under them for whatever demands they put forward. Lot of OPT students go for these companies to stay in the US before their grace period runs out. Free accommodation
Cons
Just a Chicago version of India before independence. A suitable place for immigration slaves. Management has the worst leaders. There is no space for good working culture. Most of those handpicked OPT students will be given free accommodation and rice to survive their living and asked to sit in the office 8 hours even though they don’t have any work and the staff take full advantage of their skills to take up under qualified, risky jobs and eat up atleast 70% of the money they earn. They force the students to pass the interviews and if they don’t they scream at you as if they’re their bully siblings. They also fake visas. Fake promises on sponsoring certification exams.
