I joined Accelirate in Nov, 2021 as a tech. lead. As of now, I am loving the job here. :-) Great thing about the company is they promote good team culture, which you'll not find in most of the companies. This has led to better team coordination and better overall growth. Another great thing about the company is that it has provided a great platform to share the employees ideas and to work upon it. The company is still in its growth cycle and for provides a great platform for everyone to grow professionally.
Cons
As the company is still growing, there is a lot of scope in improving. Given its a relatively new company, you'll have to do self-learn. But good thing around it is, they have initiated a mentorship program, which will assist learners a lot.
