      Pros

      The people that work here are real people! No matter which territory you are a part of the culture is shown throughout and it feels like such a special place to work.

      Cons

      The event industry requires extra hours, constant pivots and working in a fast past environment and it's not always for everyone. That is just the industry though, not necessarily Access.

      - Amazing people - Great connections to the industry - Fun work

      Cons

      - horrible work/life balance. (aka you have no life outside of work) - The commissions break down between the (3) service roles is unfair - HR is not your friend - constant changes in SOP's
