10yThank you for taking the time to review Access on glassdoor . We use the information from current and past employees such as yourself to learn what we are doing well at Access, and where we have room to improve.
It is an exciting time at Access, as you point out in your response, we are growing rapidly which creates many opportunities for team members to advance and grow.
As part of our growth, we constantly review and improve many policies to make sure we are competitive and efficient. Pricing policy is - and always will be - a moving target. I understand your concern and know this can be frustrating to our team and our customers. As our costs go up every year, so must our prices, but price is only as issue in the absence of value. It is my hope that our clients would see the value in our world products and service offering and the very best service we - an all star team - are providing our clients. We are always looking at ways to improve our communication with our clients and i am confident will be able to provide more and better communication as we move forward to minimize complaints and handle any complaints that do come through in a more efficient and effective manner.
Thank you for bringing this to my attention, this information allows us to be a better company and provide a better service to our customers. I am always open to ideas – so please do not hesitate to reach out to me in the future as I am always seeking to be the best we can be and information from key personnel such as yourself is invaluable to that process.
