Hard Word and Dedication = Opportunities - Director Access Employee Review

Thank you for the review and for being such a long time and valued team member at Access. I do agree that working hard and being dedicated equates to opportunities at Access and I also firmly believe that "opportunity is missed by most because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work", so once an opportunity is afforded, it is more hard work and dedication to seize that opportunity and make the most of it...which you note, brings a real sense of accomplishment. Thank you very much for sharing your point of view here. Thanks, also, for your feedback on compensation being inadequate. I agree, it needs work and more so now and this year, than in pervious years, as we seem to have fallen behind a bit more here than I had realized.
