Thank you for your review here. I genuinely appreciate the feedback, and appreciate the directness of your review. Consistent with some other reviews, I am clearly not doing a good enough job expressing my appreciation for our team members and the work that is being done. I wish that I had more detail on where we are missing the mark and how specifically you feel mistreated, but the essence of your message is crystal clear. I will continue to work at more openly illustrating our appreciation for the team through our actions. I am glad that you enjoy the team that you work with in Boston.
