Beware - Health Care Access Health Employee Review

Unless you are upper management, they don't care about you. I've been there for over 5 years and my salary has only gone up a couple dollars an hour. They have a breakfast every year that people love, but it's manadatory and it's over 3 hours where upper management and providers are praised meanwhile the most you will get for a raise is 3% for exceeds expectations. They will praise you and your hard work but if you bring up your salary, they will act like they care but they don't. They also love to talk about how important mental health which is not true. This job has caused me so many health issues due to the financial stress. But because of the job market, I'm stuck.
