Decent pay & benefits. No micro-management. Team outings and social gatherings. Location next to good food options and clean professional environment.
Cons
Lack of leadership and direction. Some disgruntled employees. Some groups more over-worked than others (IT HELPDESK). Nepotism and the "I like you more than them" factor. Let people go with no rhyme and/or reason.
