Pros
The team was strong, collaborative, and professional. The working environment was calm and well-organized, with no unnecessary overtime and no constant “firefighting” situations. Processes were stable, expectations were clear, and the workload was reasonable. Overall, it was a positive and comfortable experience.
Cons
It was hard to reach a senior level internally, as the promotion path was not very clear. Some parts of the project felt over engineered, and certain technical decisions seemed unnecessarily complex at times.
