I'm trying really hard to think of a pro... nope, can't do it.

Cons

Where so I begin? No work life balance, over worked and under paid employees, zero internal communication, unrealistic goals, the owner of the company thinks he is a god like figure and unless you are in his circle you are just another minion. The positive reviews are all fake and employees are told to write good reviews to cover the bad (real) reviews. AWFUL culture, no one is willing to help, everyone will try to pass the task to someone else, zero accountability. Honestly, the worst place I have ever worked. If you are considering Access as an employee - run.

Although we have faced some difficult times with the pandemic, we do believe our culture has persevered. We hold employee appreciation events often to engage our employees in and out of the workplace and offer several opportunities for growth. We do value our employees at every level and acknowledge that they are all a part of our success, compensating with several internal promotions every year. We also do believe that our reviews are 100% genuine and employees are encouraged to share their feedback and experiences – positive and negative.

Culture! Training! Zero micro management! Generous PTO. Managers are firm but fare and flexible. HR follows thru and follows up! Many company outings and events! Owner puts in approximately $1 million for employee gatherings and awards each year!!

I joined Access Systems seven years ago with very little industry experience. Looking back, the biggest reason for my success has been the people. Teammates and leaders invested in me from day one, helping me learn, grow, and take on new opportunities. The culture feels a lot like a winning sports team. People work hard, celebrate each other's success, and genuinely want to help one another improve. As the company continues to grow, so do the opportunities. It is a great place to build a career in sales!

It’s not easy! Success requires a lot of prospecting and ability to handle rejection.
