      Autonomous work and great coworkers

      Cons

      No PTO. Who doesn’t give their full time employees PTO???? When we inquired they felt because you are 7 on/7 off, those off days were your vacation. Is the same amount of working hours as a Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM employee. That would be like telling them you don’t get any PTO because you have weekends off.

      Company is mostly remote so that must be a fit for what you are seeking

      Fully remote so can technically work from anywhere, like the patient acuity

      Cons

      Stagnant pay, benefit erosion, too many weekends and holidays and swing shifts required
