Pros
With so much uncertainty all around me regarding my family’s health and security, I feel truly lucky to work here. I am constantly challenged and I lean new skills every day. Leadership has always had an open door policy that makes me feel comfortable and valued. I know that my ideas are welcomed and any concerns I may have are taken seriously. Upper management is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated to the mission and wants us all to succeed. I've bene extremely nervous about returning to the office since COVID began, but the company took a thoughtful and patient approach to resuming in-office hours. They follow safety guidelines and have even implemented some extra safety measures when employees voiced their concerns. Things haven’t been easy, but I feel secure in my position and I am enjoying the daily challenge.
Cons
I'm doing my best to adapt to our certain way of doing things and challenging myself to think out of the box at times to solve problems. It has not been easy initially but I have found that communication is key. If you work hard, put in the extra effort to get things done and prove yourself to be a competent team member, there is room to grow.
