Pros

Its nice to see that they promote from within Company works hard developing people Great training and experience I like that they work with local universities , doing outreach and providing internships Nice work environment where you are always pushed to grow and learn Smart hard working employees are given a lot of creative freedom Full benefits, health, dental, eye, retirement

Cons

You are always pushed to grow. It can be exhausting , but I guess that’s the real world Management wastes time with slackers who have to be told what to do Those slackers need constant attention, baby sat, and often let us down I think it would be more kind to fire some of these people, instead they keep coaching, and coaching and coaching them At 1st I felt I was over managed, but when I proved myself, and showed results, I felt my manager calmed down I wish departments didn’t push other departments so much. There are only so many hours in a day. I got it you care, but give me a break Smart people are often given too much to do and the slackers just keep coasting I’ve gotten decent raises, but I’d love to make more, who wouldn’t

Pros

I have worked here for a while and lately I have gotten more responsibility because I think I’m showing interest in growing with the company. I feel that if you speak up and show the managers that you are interested in learning more and being a part of more challenging projects they promote you. Lately they have been focusing on new products, customers and a couple new markets also. It is not easy but I see my work making a difference.

Cons

A couple of the top managers are demanding. They get annoying sometimes and create pressure to follow up with task details. If our departments worked together better maybe top managers would not have to be so micromanaging. Recent frustration is lot of people just not pulling their weight. People talk about others getting away with murder and making it much harder for those of us who care and end up doing their work anyway. Also the company has been asking people to do more and letting go of some people who are really nice but making it hard for everyone else. A few others left also. I think its ok to see those who didn't care in the first place move on.
