Great people working on incredible technology - Chief of Staff Accion Systems Employee Review

I worked at Accion for 6 months and assisted some of the most brilliant people with the development of aerospace components. The work environment was low stress and everyone helped each other whenever needed. I was very torn when I left Accion wondering if I made the right decision because it was such a great place to work.

A (white) boys club. Women are treated mostly like administrative assistants, even the highly qualified engineers with doctorate degrees. Upper management has gotten progressively worse. The people in chare don't actually care about diversity and really only speak so they can hear their own voices.
