Great work/life balance initiatives and career opportunities for motivated accounting professionals. I believe the pay is fair for this region, although I am not privy to salaries outside of my position.
Cons
Since I am not an accounting professional career advancement is practically nil. This is true for any non-accounting professional at this firm. Upper management does not manage the Partners. Several Partners continue to operate like a "one-person show" even though the firm is growing and employs well over 50 staff. Employee moral suffers because of this serious lack of Partner management, poor communication and follow-through with their staff.
