      Some nice staff work here!!!

      Cons

      The Management do not appreciate the good staff that work here, they expect you to go above and beyond , with no appreciation, the pay is terrible, the shifts are long with no breaks , and they frequently change your shifts to longer ones without even asking you. They constantly ring you , on your days off to cover shifts. Do not expect any kind of home life , working for this company !!!

      A huge work load on and off the phone helping patients get home infusion therapy, coordination of nursing.

      Cons

      High pressure job to get insurance companies to authorize high priced medical drugs for patients.
