Pros
- Push, the way people push you to take up things is crazy here. A hell lot of things will be assigned. You will not be judged if you don't complete things. However, imposing that level of pressure(I can't tell it as a pressure also), it's like people at the top of pyramid will assign he'll lot of this gs to go through.
Cons
- Not a corporate at all. - It's like 1 step ahead of a typical CA firm. Modus operandi is same. - At times they may hold your salary for silly reason. For a third person the reason which they think will not weigh.
