Pros
If you know how to use a computer and operate Word, you can join the "art" department. Cafeteria. Apparently, there is a gym on-site but I was never shown where.
Cons
Low pay. Least respected department. If you are a real graphic designer, don't expect to apply anything outside of what is needed for this job, it is not a creative position. They are not flexible so if you have sick kids and show up late, expect to get written up.
