Pros
Pay is competitive. People are very smart and hardworking. Generally flexible with most WFH things. Cool brand. No qualms about sending money on social things. Decent office. Occasionally some interesting clients/jobs.
Cons
Leadership of the firm is not great. Only a few partners and they are a bit out of touch with anyone below Manager. Was not impressed with the leadership of most Directors and above on direct project work. Seems like they promote people who (1) tend to be workaholics (2) they firm does NOT have a good training or on-boarding process, they just throw you in the deep end, (3) don't expect to feel very support if you want to switch clients (4) Life long "Accuricians" tend to be the ones who get support/favoured (5) clients/projects are very depended on the French market and are not generally very nice companies.
