Pros
The office space is very modern, large and super-quiet. It's like working in a library; an empty library. They are a Jewish-owned company and are very accommodating for religious holidays.
Cons
The employee turnover rate is extremely high. The managing partners burn through new hires within one year; pointing to a real concern about their recruiting and hiring practices, or, their inability to zero in on what it is they are trying to accomplish. I was very disappointed to learn how little practical business management skills the owners have. Really too bad.
