Unorganized, The company was established a decade ago, and they have no idea how to establish properly with those that use their visitor management services. Do your research on this company before you work with them. The reviews on Better Business Bureau are very telling. Their primary focus is sales. They prioritize releasing updates to the hardware and developing new services to make the senior living management "easier" but never establish solutions when the hardware glitches or fails. When these problems do arise communication is directed to corporate professionals. The workers who are using the hardware daily are the last to know of a glitch in the system. Diversity and Inclusion is clearly an unspoken issue.
