Needs improvement - Anonymous employee Ace Rent-a-Car Employee Review

There’s no HR department. There’s a weirdness about time, even though most of the employees are salaried. The lack of diversity sucks. Micro-agressive remarks or actions aren’t handled. They’re swept under the rug and dismissed. People feel watched. The office vibe is off, in tech you need to be able to collaborate with your team, but it was super evident that that was only okay for certain people to do while others were told to “mind their time”. Not paid market value.
